1 General Terms

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Vet Visa's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use our platform.

• You must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Vet Visa may request identity documents for age verification at any time — NID, passport, or birth registration certificate.
• Withdrawal may be temporarily suspended if age verification has not been completed.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Vet Visa are processed through secure, encrypted channels. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• The mobile number used for deposits must match the number registered on your account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Vet Visa regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The general terms that apply to these offers are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to BDT 10,000.
• Wagering Requirements: The bonus amount generally needs to be wagered 15 to 30 times, depending on the specific offer.
• Validity: The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the offer. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• An offer, once: Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per user.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being closed.
• Vet Visa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Betting Rules

Vet Visa offers Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and slots games. The following rules apply when using these services:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Vet Visa reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a technical error.
• Accounts found attempting to benefit from match fixing or any other fraudulent means will be suspended.
• Odds in live betting may change in real time; the odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• Vet Visa is not responsible for any bets left incomplete due to internet connectivity problems.
• Maximum bet limits may apply in certain markets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Vet Visa platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets through bots or automated software.
• Stealing another user's information or hacking.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in our system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.
• Accessing the platform via VPN from countries or regions where Vet Visa services are restricted.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Vet Visa may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• At the user's own request, for security reasons.
• At the direction of law enforcement agencies.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure — all active bonuses will expire upon account closure.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.
